Quick navigation: Enzoic for Active Directory application > Monitored Policies > Monitored Entities

You can change the users that should be included for monitoring by going into the Enzoic for Active Directory application, selecting Monitored Policies section on the left-hand navigation menu, then selecting the Monitored Entities tab. (Please note- this must be done in the Enzoic for Active Directory application, not the online customer console.)

Monitored Entities specifies which Active Directory accounts to protect with this policy. You can select any combination of individual users, groups, or containers/OUs. For the best performance with large domains, it is highly recommended to not use recursive groups and to enable the “Disable Recursive Membership Checks” setting. This will ensure your users have the lowest possible latency during password changes.

By default, Enzoic will look at all nested objects, so monitoring an OU like the "Users" OU will effectively monitor every user in Active Directory. You can disable recursive monitoring by selecting the checkbox underneath the monitored entities pane.

(You can quickly see which users are considered monitored by navigating to the reporting pane in the Enzoic for Active Directory application and selecting the Monitored Users Report. This report will show you all users that are currently being monitored and therefor being counted towards your license count. Note that the Monitored Users report from the Enzoic for Active Directory application shows a list of users being monitored only as of the time the report was run. It is not intended to show the number of accounts monitored during the month for license purposes. This report does not refresh automatically so make sure to refresh it for the latest data.)
