Enzoic Filter logs show:

FAILURE: PasswordFilter TIMEOUT

This error indicates that a user has attempted a password change and that the Enzoic password filter has failed to receive the returning message from the Enzoic API. When this happens Enzoic will fail open and allow the user to reset their password to whatever they're attempting. 

The fail open is there by design, and is intended to prevent disruption to the end user. When this happens Enzoic still captures the users password and will continue to attempt a recheck during the normal daily Continuous Password Protection cycle. If the users password is determined to be compromised during the recheck, they will then have to go through whatever remediation steps are set in their specific monitored user policy.
