The Health Status section of the console is designed to give at a glance information about the status of Enzoic and the DC's it's installed. However not all red statuses are created equal. Some are simply informational and do not necessarily warrant concern. Above is one of the most common red statuses we see. 

What does this error message mean? 

- It simply means that there are no users in the default/primary policy. 

How to fix this?
- The fix is pretty simple. The primary policy is expecting at least one user to be added in. You can either configure the primary/default policy to be the main policy for your organization, or simply putting a test user into the policy will also clear the error. 

- Or you can leave things how they are. There is no harm in simply leaving the default policy empty, other than the health status remaining red.
