There is a known conflict between Quest backup software and Enzoic. This is because they are both trying to bind to port 6164. Currently the only resolution is to change the port on one of them. If you’re wanting to change the Enzoic port number, this can be done by adding a registry key to the Enzoic hive. Please see the instructions below.
Navigate here: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Enzoic\Enzoic for Active Directory"
Once in this location right click -> New -> DWORD Value.
Change the name to: ServicePort
Change the value to: <new port number>
