When you sign up for a trial or purchase the software, you will be sent a license key. Simply paste this key into the Product Key field. Once done, the license status will either turn red or green depending on if the key is valid or not. If the key comes back as red and you know it is valid check your proxy and firewall policies. More often than not licensing validation issues are caused by Enzoic not having access to the internet.  If needed, we have a list of IP's that have to be whitelisted that can be found here: https://www.enzoic.com/docs-enzoic-active-directory-prereqs/.
